Nomination Restrictions

The Celebrate Community Campaign is intended to help local organisations in the local community. We recognise and respect that people have a wide and varied range of personal beliefs and values. For that reason, through the Celebrate Community Campaign, we only support causes that are politically neutral and /or not divisive. Nominations for the Celebrate Community Campaign are reviewed in order to ensure that we do not include a cause that may cause offence to any communities. However, if for any reason our review does not pick up on a cause falling outside the criteria set out above, we reserve the right to remove that cause from participation in the Celebrate Community Campaign at a later stage.

Each organisation can only have one unique number. Duplication nominations will not result in extra entries to the draw each month.

We reserve the right to turn down a nomination and revoke a Unique number if we feel that the Organization in question is not a legitimate organization or is not involved within the local community. Proof of an organization's status may be requested at any time.

Areas Covered

The Celebrate Community campaign is only available in counties where we currently operate our Clothing Bank network: Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Meath, Offaly, Tipperary, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford, Wicklow.

Process of Selection for the Celebrate Community Campaign

An organisation can only be nominated once and will be given a unique number, this number will remain the same for every monthly draw we run.

Every Month on the last Friday of that month, the Celebrate Community Campaign Team will randomly pick three organisations. This will be streamed live on our Facebook page. 1st prize will receive €750, 2nd Prize will receive €500 and 3rd Prize €250.

The following points are taken into consideration by the Celebrate Community Campaign Team during the selection process:

Is this good cause working in and providing services in the general locality of our clothing banks?

Why does this good cause need funding?

Will supporting this good cause benefit their local community?

Does the cause have any affiliation with or link to a political or divisive agenda?

Remember – Celebrate Community Campaign is a politically neutral company and we need to ensure that we only work with causes who are politically neutral and /or not divisive too.
